Rochelle transformed my look with a haircut and a color for which I have garnered so many compliments and not just this once, every time she does her magic and I am transformed. Instead of leaving a Google review straight away, I contacted the salon directly about my experience to give us an... opportunity to work through a solution. That was over a month ago and my messages have just been ignored.I attended the salon early August for a haircut. I chose Nevo based on many positive reviews that shows clients get exactly what they asked for.I paid $125 for a cut, but it's not about the money for me. For me, it's about trusting the Nevo brand and trusting the stylist to stick to my requirements. I have no issue paying for a service that delivers the brief. My issue is paying for a service that gives me something that is so far from what I requestedWhen asked about what I want done with my hair, my brief was: something I can wash and wear, no maintenance and can be tied back. Having just had a baby recently, these three things were super important and the reason why i wanted a chop.I came in with long hair ( bra line length) and showed some inspiration pictures. However, I let the hairdresser know that they have my trust to choose the best cut to suit me and that I was open to having it all cut short as long as the above brief was met. I trusted the process because of all the positive reviews about Nevo.The hair I ended up with was nothing like my brief. Half of my hair are in layers and the layers are sooo shaggy and short (ear length) that I can't tie back my hair. My desire to have something that is no maintenance is not possible because if I air dry, I look like I have a mullet and not flattering at all. My hair is all over my face but due to the very short layers I can't even tuck it behind my ears let alone tie it back. I have spent more $$ to get product to help me style my cut am now spending more time on my hair every morning than I ever did when I had long hair and it has added unnecessary stress as I'm already time-poor from caring for my one month old baby.This was my second visit and my first hair cut with Nevo. Its really disappointing as I really enjoyed my first visit when i had my colour done (both visits are with different stylists).read more

First time coming here and had an amazing experience. Salon was big, clean and gorgeous. Staff were all lovely,... friendly and very welcoming. I had Eda as my stylist and absolutely loved her. She listened to me in regards to my concerns, understood what I was after and delivered better than what i was expecting. She also gave me tips in regards to colouring and styling. Walked out a very happy customer and am looking forward to going back. Would absolutely reccomend these guys, great service,and pricing was good as well. Thanks again for a great experienceread more
